Concerns of Hospitalized Patients and their Families
During
a hospital stay, patients or their families may have questions or
concerns about care, accommodations or other aspects of hospital service.
Davis Memorial and Broaddus Hospital encourage patients and family
members to talk about concerns with the nurse, nurse manager or social
worker as an essential method of assessing and improving delivery of
care. Any patient and/or family member whose expectations concerning
hospital care have not been met may register a concern or complaint without
fear of reprisal.
Our patient advocate is available to discuss with the patient or family any questions regarding care.
