Pain Management
Our
Pain Management Center is now open three full days a week—Tuesday, Wednesday
and Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The clinic, which is located on the
first floor of DMH, is operated under the medical direction of anesthesiologist
Mohamed Fahim, M.D., Ph.D.
Pain management specializes in the treatment of acute and chronic pain, including conditions that begin after an injury or trauma, such as a fall or an auto accident and become chronic, as well as conditions caused by a neurological dysfunction of the central or peripheral nervous system. Back pain and neck pain are examples of these common conditions.
